I've been there. And let me tell you - it's scary feeling like you're the only one who doesn't have it all figured out. Maybe you've tried to just "be happy!" or "be positive!" but let's get real - you're not seeing a change in your day to day life.
You deserve to feel excited about your life! (Not dreading the next day or wondering when the next shoe is going to drop when things are going well.)
I'm going to let you in on a secret - you're not alone, and you have the ability to change your internal world so that your external world feels exciting and motivating and fulfilling.
Maybe there is a voice in your head telling you that you're not good enough, or that you don't deserve a life of joy and satisfaction, but just take a moment to tune into your heart - when you strip away the fear and self-judgement you KNOW that you're meant to do great things in this world.
My job is to help you nurture that inner light so it can shine.
Blocks are the invisible barriers showing up in our lives that keep us from experiencing the fullness, joy, and fulfillment available to us, and the freedom we deserve.
Blocks can happen in multiple parts of your soul experience. You can be blocked in the body, in your energy, and in your mindset.
In Blocked to Bright, we work with all three so you can feel unburdened to shine your unique light in the world.
Your inner light is the part of you that shines no matter what is going on.
It's like an impenetrable force inside of you that is unaffected by the challenges of the world.
It’s the way your Soul or Self communicates with you and with other people in the world.
Everyone has an inner light - people just have different abilities to access theirs. You can often feel when someone is living in the essence of their true light - their energy vibrates, and they create a reverberation as they move through the world.
This way of being is possible for everyone.
This isn’t a program where I’m trying to heal you or change your life. No one can do that but you. My job is to give you the tools and support so you can prove to yourself that you can improve your own life.
Does any part of this sound like you?
You start the day on a low. You feel annoyed when you wake up, thinking about all the things you have to get done that day, so you struggle to lift yourself out of bed to start the day.
Even when you set an alarm to wake up early, you reach for your phone and get stuck scrolling until you absolutely have to start getting ready.
You transition into a high - You get into work and check a couple items off your to do list and feel good about yourself.
You have a conversation with a coworker that makes you laugh.
But then the lows come around again.
You feel your energy wane in the afternoon and then come the ruminating thoughts - about work, life, and you worry about what you’re going to do with your time after work, thinking about going home to a space that feels lonely or boring or unfulfilling.
So when it does come time to head home for the day, you end up turning on the TV and zoning out or scroll on your phone again for hours.
Even though it feels stimulating, it doesn’t feel restful or meaningful.
Maybe you experience another high while hanging out with friends or spending time with the people you love, and you feel connected and warm.
But going to bed, that dread creeps in again, knowing you’ll have to ride this rollercoaster of emotions again the next day.
What's going on: A lack of awareness of your body’s unique processing method means that you’re pushing away from difficult emotions, numbing yourself to your body’s cues, and you feel your difficult emotions dragging you down. Avoiding the tough stuff means you can’t fully access states of peace, joy and bliss.
You think about when you were a kid and you believed you could do anything and wonder where that feeling went.
You assume that life and reality got in the way.
But you feel these nudges every now and then when you get to do something that really brings you joy and it makes you question - why can’t I have more of this in my day to day life?
Maybe you have an idea of what you would do in a life unburdened by limits.
You’ve even taken some action to start on that path, like getting a certification or a degree or taken a course, but “reality” kept you from pursuing what you want to do more regularly.
Maybe other people have called it out in you too - you open up about what you might want to do someday and they say, “you would be great at that!” but you still don’t take action.
Or maybe you feel lost, admitting to your friends, “I don’t even know what I like to do.”
You spend your time leaning in to what other people want to do and allowing your friends or your partner to make plans for you, because you find it difficult to make even a small decision like where you want to eat or how you want to spend your couple hours of free time in your day.
What's going on: You don’t have a clear picture of the stories playing out in your life based on your limiting beliefs, you don’t have a clear vision for what the future could look like, or you’re not sure about action steps to make meaningful change.
Maybe you have one or two major therapeutic experiences, like a retreat or a breathwork journey or a therapy session that cracks you wide open, but then when you come home, the magic goes away.
You don't feel like you can trust yourself to know how to continue accessing that magic on a day to day basis.
Maybe you don't believe that this feeling is even available to you on a daily basis.
Or you've set goals for yourself to "meditate everyday!" or "journal every morning!" but you don't actually follow through with the things you promise to yourself.
You feel like you SHOULD have figured it all out by now, but it feels like a lonely process when you're trying to implement all of this alone.
You want to feel seen and held in a loving, compassionate container but challenged to go beyond the limits you set for yourself.
Maybe you’re new to personal development and you need someone who understands you and allows your unique needs to guide our sessions.
Or you’ve worked with coaches in the past and they felt either too rigid or too “woo woo.”
You want someone who can operate at the intersection of science and spirituality.
What's going on: You are experiencing your own self-guided wisdom in short spurts, but you need someone to hold you accountable, cheer you on, and point out your unique gifts when your self-doubt is clouding your judgement.
You knew your body’s unique cues and could tune into your body to access peace and safety
You could hold self acceptance for the position you’re in right now
You cared for your past self and allowed them the space to get what they need
Your beliefs supported and reflected the life you want to grow into
You had a vision for your highest self and you were able to access that energy right now
You had the ability to move forward and take action even in the face of fear
You felt confident that you could map out the next best steps to accessing more light in your life
You knew in your bones that there is a purpose for you in this world
In Week 1, you will get curious about your history with emotions, learn how the body processes stress, and learn a process to access more safety in your body by creating space for emotional processing.
In Week 2, you will map out the “story” of your life, uncover why shame is a learning opportunity, and reflect on the ways your past experiences brought you to where you are today.
In Week 3, you will dive into the ways your belief systems structure your reality, identify your body’s unique somatic cues, and define the beliefs that support your most lit up life.
In Week 4, you will get my 6-step process for for getting out of control and into the flow of life.
In Week 5, you will connect with the vision of your higher self and learn how to access the energy of your higher self right now.
In Week 6, you will integrate and hold space for all the momentum and shifts you have created so far in the program.
In Week 7, you will build your own personal Light Up List to give you direct access to the things in this world that allow your inner light to shine, and learn how your unique gifts are perfectly positioned to support you in this pursuit.
In Week 8, given everything you have learned, you develop an action plan to map out your next steps and take ownership for your most lit up, expansive life coming into reality.
Each week, you will get access to video modules that provide information, evidence, and background for the topic of the week.
Your weekly worksheet is your new best friend. Experience perspective-shifting prompts and practices that guide you toward meaningful change.
Practice what the modules preach - some weeks will include meditations and guided practices that support the week’s content and allow you to dive deeper into the subject matter.
Throughout the course, you have access to my guidance, support, and accountability via a chat platform, so you can ask questions and share reflections as you’re working through the modules and practices. I will check in with you throughout the week via the chat platform to remind you that I’m here for whatever is coming up!

I created Blocked to Bright to bring together a toolbox of practices that really work.
After a rock bottom moment, resulting from numbing my emotions and trying to intellectualize my problems for years, I developed this course for myself as a way to access more self trust and create meaningful change in my life.
I soon came to realize that SO many people around me shared my struggles and many were seeking solutions that didn’t land or didn’t result in the evolution they were yearning for.
Understanding that the body and mind can either work together or against each other, I developed this course to serve as a highly effective toolbox - to help other people help themselves.
My coaching style is as a compassionate witness and cheerleader for your unique process.
I still consider myself to be highly emotional, but now I see it as my superpower. It allows me to understand the issues at the core of what’s showing up on the surface, both for myself and for the people I work with. It allows me to hold compassionate, loving space for people who know they’re meant for more.
I don’t believe I have all the answers for you, and you should be wary of anyone who claims to be able to heal you. Only you can heal yourself. What I can do is give you the tools and the support to know yourself and trust yourself, so you can go beyond fear to live out your true purpose. We each have something unique and beautiful to share - we just have to figure out how to access it.
