(“I know I need to make a change, but I just can’t get myself to act”) Talking about your problems can be really helpful, but it doesn’t change the emotional patterns in your body that to keep you stagnant (familiarity often feels safer to your nervous system, even if familiarity is keeping you stuck). That’s where breathwork comes in.
Think of breathwork like performing a system update on your phone - you can keep making lists of all the “bugs” in your operating system...but those same issues will keep coming up until you update your operating system. Breathwork is that system upgrade.

Somatic Breathwork is a healing technique centered around rhythmic breathing patterns. Somatic simply means “of the body.” When you go through trauma or discomfort—like a high-stress project at work, a tough conversation with your boss or partner—your body stores that energy. Over time, it manifests as fatigue, anxiety, or even depression.
Through guided breathwork sessions, we gently unlock these held emotions, allowing your body to process and clear stuck energy. Think of it as hitting the “refresh” button, returning you to your natural state of balance.
Before each session, we’ll discuss what you’re hoping to gain—maybe it’s clarity on a big life decision or simply needing space to de-stress.
You’ll be guided through rhythmic breathing patterns. These patterns help shift your body into different states, allowing for powerful stress release and heightened awareness.
Sessions can be done online or in person. The atmosphere is set up for you to feel safe and relaxed.
At the end of each session, we’ll process whatever came up. We’ll discuss insights, add journal prompts, and develop next steps to weave these breakthroughs into your everyday life.
